Why Do This Cleanse?
Your liver is like your body’s cleaning machine. Every day, it gets dirty from the food you eat, the air you breathe, and things around you. When your liver gets too dirty, you might feel tired, get sick more often, have trouble thinking clearly, or have skin problems.
The 3-6-9 cleanse helps clean and fix your liver cells so your body can heal better. Think of it like giving your liver a deep cleaning and a vacation so it can work better for you.
